  2. If Sophia and Louisa read their mother’s book, they will probably understand her better.

Argument between Luisa and her mother

Luisa:

  • Strict parenting can be bad for the child’s mental health because it might think it isn’t loved if the parent doesn’t show a lot of affirmation, which might lead to mental health issues
  • Her mother is suppressing her right to individuality and her free will
  • Success is very individual, what Amy is pushing is what she
  • She doesn’t learn

Amy:

  • Success is important in life, so she teaches her children to be successful
  • She’s just caring about their children’s education
  • It’s just another culture, bro
